Join as a Member

Anyone over 18 can join as an Associate Member (non-voting), and receive quarterly newsletters with information on all the MJD Foundation’s activities, results of our research, and plans for the future.

As an Associate Member, you will also gain access to our secure Intranet which provides more information on MJD, along with Discussion Forums.

Your membership fees will assist us in ensuring we can continue to achieve our objectives and make a positive difference to the quality of life for Indigenous Australian MJD sufferers and their families.

As the MJD Foundation is an endorsed Deductible Gift Recipient, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Volunteer

The MJD Foundation is currently putting together a Volunteer program. Through the dedication of volunteers we will be able to provide our MJD sufferers and their families with a wider range of support services.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from volunteers across the following areas:
- Event Management - to assist with the organising of charity fundraising events in Sydney and Brisbane
- Medical volunteers - in particular trained carers and nurses for work in North East Arnhem Land
